Azra.b Return & Exchange Policy

Azra.b takes pride in its handcrafted party wear. Due to the delicate nature of our items, slight variations may occur (5-10%) in design, color, or embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning for all garments.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges (excluding sale/custom items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused, original condition items with tags. No cash refunds; store credit provided.

Exchange Procedure:

Contact refund@azrab.store within 24 hours of delivery with order details and reason for exchange.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non-returnable/exchangeable unless damaged/defective and can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Report damaged/defective items to refund@azrab.store within 24 hours of delivery with order number, description, and photos. Do not return without authorization. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method.

We offer standard sizes (S, M, L, XL) & unstitched. However, we highly recommend custom sizing to ensure the perfect fit. Please contact us to discuss your specific measurements.
